The Sony STR-DH710 is one of four A/V receivers (DH510, DH710, DH810, DH1010) released in 2010. The STR-DH710 is an immediate step up from the 5.1-channel STR-DH510, in that it adds along two additional channels, an extra component video output, and onboard decoding for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. Included also is 2nd-zone wireless audio via an S-AIR transmitter; an audio return channel for using just one cable for TV audio; and a total of six HD connections, including 3 HDMI and 3 Component.
