latest lenovo ideapad laptop features

The Lenovo IdeaPad U110

Lenovo has brought up among many of its gizmos, a latest laptop like The Lenovo IdeaPad U110 that appears one step ahead of something similar to the consumer laptops like Toshiba Portege R500 and the Sony VAIO TZ150. It is available in two colors; dark black and transparent red.
This latest laptop’s price is fixed at USD 1,899. Its single biggest feature is its ultra-portability. Although by it’s framework, it appears a compact tiny widget, yet it is aptly seems something of the modern day generation’s laptop.
Its casing is stacked with the current-generation components and a greater bunch of capabilities, although its DVD burner can be linked to it externally, and we know it, that this would be terribly highlighted by the media folks.
The users should keep in mind this fact, that this laptop is very glossy, and owing to constant using, it can appear smudgy, then what is the solution for this, who will remove the stains over it. OK, I sorted out the solution, without any delay use a glint and few tissues, and this glossy is now in its original form. That is it.
Apparently, this smudgy face is its counterproductive factor, yet it can’t eclipse its many other highly useful and productive facilities and capacities, as for its few features it appears outclassing many other similar-featuring widgets.
Its primary competitors are Toshiba Portege R500 and the Sony VAIO TZ150, thus its two features are unparalleled; one is its ultra-portability, and secondly it’s sleek finish. This laptop is lending a memory of 2GB, and its speed is 557MHz, whilst offering HDD with 120 storage capacity at 4,200rpm.
It carries along chipset Intel 965 GSM Express, 2.9/3.6 pounds with 7-cell battery Intel GMA X3100 (integrated) that employs Windows Vista Home Premium platform. The laptop is offering the dimensions of 10.8 width, 7.7in height, and 0.72in depth, and weight-wise it is 3.1 pounds (that includes 4-cell battery). This laptop’s screen size is diagonally 11.1in.

Lenovo launched the 13.3" IdeaPad U330 laptop tonight at Intel's Centrino 2 launch event, and it looked pretty nice. As far as specs go, the Centrino 2-powered device is 0.9 inches thick, under four pounds and has five hours of battery life, with a Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz P7350 at 2GHz, and Lenovo's standard active protection system.

The U330, which is the cousin to theU110, also has an integrated webcam with facial recognition software, touch sensitive media controls, HDMI out, and an LED-backlit display. Lenovo is also dropping a couple other consumer notebooks: Y730 and Y530 update the Y710 and Y510, while Y430 throws in a 14-inch version. Lenovo expects to release the U330 in the fall.
IdeaPad U330
Lenovo designed its "U" series to be all about expressing ideas with style. The IdeaPad U330 notebook is a super-slim ultra-light addition to the widely-acclaimed IdeaPad U110 notebook, introduced in the spring. Available in a glossy Indigo blue and Bold black, the notebook starts at 0.9 inches thin and weighs just over four pounds. Equipped with the latest version of VeriFace™ facial recognition technology, consumers can now access encrypted files and record a 30-second video message for other users. Designed with Dolby® Home Theatre and touch-sensitive multimedia controls, the notebook comes equipped with HDMI and an optional built-in DVD burner.
The IdeaPad U330 notebook also includes switchable graphics. This enables the user to run energy efficient integrated graphics while on battery power and then switch to discrete graphics for more powerful performance when "plugged in." The notebook also includes an LED backlit display, five hours of battery life and Lenovo's Active Protection System (APS), a feature pioneered on ThinkPad notebooks. Lenovo's APS technology helps protect the data on the hard drive if the notebook should fall. And if the operating system should crash,
