Latest sony ipod viewz

sony walkman
Sony is set to debut its latest and most advanced Walkman. The new unbelievably sleek Walkman will feature 16Gb and 32Gb storage, wi-fi capacities, and an OLED touchscreen. OLED display capabilities are superior to those offered by LED displays so one can expect sharp image displays on this device.
The Wi-Fi supports WPA and WEP; it enables you to connect to YouTube by clicking on an artist name. You can subscribe to audio podcasts. Audio codec allows you to listen to music in the following formats – MP3, WMA, AAC, PCM, while video codec support is AVC (h.264), MPEG-4 and WMV.

Leaked images of the new Sony CMT-Z100iR mini-sound system show us Sonys new iPod dock with CD player and USB port with a 20w speaker. Other aspects of this device that complement the iPod Touch and iPhone are a touch panel (and with roadmap 3.0, the iPhone/iPod Touch can control their settings via itself, using it’s own screen for more menu options). Other features are said to be a 3.5mm Audio-in jack, bass/treble adjustment and AM/FM radio. Sense this is a leaked image, there is no firm release date The only feature that I hope this guy features is shielded speakers because any iPhone user knows the pain of unshielded speakers.
It looks like Sony is still capable of nifty design. Their new high-end Qualia MD Player is purty. Sadly, it's a MD player

If they could come up with a design like that for their consumer mp3 player then maybe Sony could compete with the iPod.

A pair of Qualia headphones to compliment the new MD player are also available....

sony-walkman.jpgSony Electronics has put the whole Sony Bean fiasco behind it, and now are busy building on the success of its Walkman line. Sony loyal customers are in for a treat, today Sony announced a new Sony Walkman Series whose unrivaled battery life sets it apart from the competition (by, that we mean the iPod). According to Sony, the latest Walkman players feature the exclusive quick-charge technology which gives three hours of battery life in just three minutes of charging. In fact these MP3 Players are capable of 28 hours of playback in the ATRAC3 format and about 27* hours in MP3 format.
The new Sony Walkman series comes in capacities ranging from 512MB to 1GB and 2GB and are easy on the eye too. The cool and funky design will no doubt be appreciated by one and all. Users can also opt for a number of vibrant colors like Pink, Blue, Black, and Silver etc and the new series includes neck strap headphones, protective case, and an armband case. The Walkman supports all standard formats like MP3, ATRAC and unsecured WMA files and features a USB port for easy and high speed transfers. Because of the exclusive Sony ATRAC compression technology, you can store up to 90 CDs in the 2GB Model, 45 CDs in 45 CDs and 22 CDs in 512MB at 48kbps. While the 2GB model includes a FM Tuner, it is optional in the 1GB and 512 MB models .
